Five55 was an inspiring lease-up to work on considering it's close proximity to the beach. We carried the "Coastal Theme" throughout the branding, postcards, social media covers, e-brochure, email blast, and construction banner.

Part of the Five55 lease-up package was Resident360's waiting list landing page. This landing page was designed for delivering general information about Five55, while under the property was under construction. Additionally, the landing page helped Five55 build an email list of people interested in seeing the property once pre-leasing began.
