Josh Grillo is a #1 Best Selling Author, Speaker and Co-Founder of Resident360. Grillo first began shaping Internet marketing strategies back in 2000, creating website products for ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX local TV stations. By 2005, he had created a new trend in marketing that leveraged local TV station brands to capture new advertisers. Combined with TV commercials, websites, vanity phone numbers and Internet marketing, this new trend generated more than $50 million in revenue for clients in less than 24 months. After television advertisers cut spending in 2008, Grillo took his business off air to work directly with real estate clients, and later, multifamily companies on Internet marketing and lead generation strategies.
With 13 years’ experience bringing multi-media television and Internet campaigns to the multifamily housing industry, Grillo has perfected a blend of Internet marketing and direct response triggers that give multifamily clients proven, outstanding results.
Josh lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Natasha, their two sons Jad and Max and two Labrador Retrievers Koa and Kona. He enjoys travel, surfing, reading and spending time with his family.
Michael has a background in the IT industry, and built a computer consulting business from the ground up, to a nationwide franchise.
The turning point for Barrett was the Internet, where he was able to create computer repair websites for multiple cities and neighborhoods across the country. These websites ranked well organically on Google and generated significant leads for the business.
Michael took this expertise into the multi-family industry and applied the same principles for generating new prospects for apartment communities. Michael lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Courtney, their son Bryce and daughter Brooklyn. He enjoys surfing and spending time with his family.

Mike Bennett is a creative designer with a versatile range of skills and expertise. Having both agency and corporate experience he has worked with everything from small non-profit businesses to global pharmaceutical companies to deliver beautiful and highly functional creative solutions.
Mike spearheads the whole creative process. His role is blending style and marketing in a way that ensures success on the web. His design focus is always on achieving the client’s goals, by taking into account the needs and sensibilities of the target audience, and using graphical and unifying elements appropriately to reinforce the design throughout the site, and impart trust in the website.
Mike is from Warwick, Rhode Island and enjoys surfing, snowboarding and playing guitar in his free time.
Andy Sammons is the lead website developer at Resident360. He has experience in both visual marketing and web development. This unique skillset empowers him to build robust powerful websites with integrated marketing functionality.
While the designer focuses on look and feel from a brand message and marketing perspective, Andy focuses on web-based technology and enhanced user functionality. Andy is a professional ultimate disc athlete playing for the San Diego Growlers, he also serves on the Board of Directors, helping to ensure current and future success of the team. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Cheyanne, and playing guitar and drums.
