LEO at Wildwood

A BTR Website Built to Introduce Renters to a New Kind of Home

LEO at Wildwood laptop multifamily website design

LEO at Wildwood is a build-to-rent community near The Villages and Orlando, offering one- to four-bedroom single-family homes, carriage houses, and townhomes — not an apartment complex, but often searched for like one. That created a specific challenge: renters browsing for “apartments” needed to land on the site and immediately understand they were looking at something better — private entrances, fenced yards, and the space of a house, without giving up the ease of a rental. Resident360 designed and built this BTR web design around that story.
