The Driscoll at River Oaks is a 318-unit Class A high-rise in one of Houston’s most prestigious neighborhoods, drawing affluent professionals in their 30s and 40s alongside a smaller, even more exclusive audience: empty nesters and downsizers eyeing its five penthouse residences.
The challenge wasn’t just building a multifamily website that looked the part of River Oaks luxury — it was building one flexible enough to speak to both audiences. The penthouse collection needed to feel like its own world, distinct and elevated, while still reading as unmistakably part of the same brand.
Resident360 built a fully custom, image-forward site around a refined black, white, gray, and gold palette pulled directly from the property's architecture and existing branding, with a deep heritage blue used sparingly as an accent throughout the core site.
On the penthouse pages, that same blue is turned up and paired with a distinct type treatment and moodier tones. We wanted to create a "separate world" feel, closer to a private club than a leasing page, while never straying from the brand's DNA.
Live floor plans and availability run on a fully built Entrata integration, and a curated River Oaks neighborhood page spotlights the shopping and dining that ties directly back to the property's retail-driven ownership group.
